Install snmptt

Code: Select all [root nagios tmp] sh. HTTP request sent, awaiting response For other actions, please try to use systemctl. Set up the snmptt daemon to start automatically on boot as well as starting it now Failed to execute operation: Access denied Failed to start snmptt.

It's running at least and think it's a nice minimal way to do it. Think the key was the epel support. Now to figure out what to do next. If it was, it should of worked.

When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove snmptt, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove snmptt when using the -y flag.

This command will update snmptt to the latest version. When you run this command with the -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove snmptt when using the -y flag. This command will show you the dependencies for snmptt. Thankfully, when using Yum, if dependencies are required, these are also installed at the same time so you don't have to worry too much about that. See the details through journalctl after snmptt start.
