At present, the vast majority of the beans in our unique blend are sourced from identifiable and traceable sources, and we are working hard to ensure we purchase every bean this way.
We are also working with Rainforest Alliance on the certification of our beans and on encouraging sustainable livelihoods for our farmers. Our commitment goes into other avenues as well. We are careful to recycle or recover as much of our waste as we possibly can. We strive to avoid sending waste to landfill, and we are always investigating ways to reduce our environmental impact further.

They personally taste every batch we make before it leaves our Roastery. We use fresh, authentic ingredients to create good, uncomplicated food, served all day, every day.
From traditional panini to signature sweets, we like to adapt our menu to the time of day and local taste. Where we can, we build kitchens in our stores and always take the time to form partnerships with local food purveyors and farmers that share our obsessive standards to provenance.
