After those updates were applied MozyPro no longer works. It had been working for over a year. The error it generates is FilterError0. According to their documentation of that error it is due to security software disabling a file filter. Has anyone encountered this and if so do we know which update caused the problem?

A component of Mozyhome may have been left in there, so triggering the backup reminder, even though Mozyhome itself was uninstalled some time ago. You need to remove that startup item. Joined Jan 9, Messages 19, If you replace your machine, you can associate your backed up files to the same computer or to a different computer, restore your files if necessary, and resume backing up. Just downloaded said program - not the best un-install program around but was suggested on Mozy forum!
